By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

By using UnDisputedPay, you agree to:

  • Use the platform solely for lawful and professional purposes.

  • Provide accurate and complete business and personal information.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Be responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be a legal entity or professional with valid documentation.

  • Complete our onboarding, including identity and business verification.

  • Accept and digitally sign the terms and legal agreements.

3. Services Provided

UnDisputedPay offers the following:

  • Business and legal verification tools

  • Electronic invoicing and secure payment processing via Stripe

  • Upload and storage of service evidence, images, and customer approvals

  • Real-time dashboard with tracking, logs, and job history

4. Fees and Payments

  • Stripe processing fee: 2.9% per transaction

  • UnDisputedPay platform fee: 3.1%

  • The remaining 94% is transferred to your linked bank account

  • All fees are automatically deducted at the time of payment

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Collect and upload accurate service documentation, including images and client signatures

  • Respect and protect the privacy of your customers

  • Refrain from using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes

6. Intellectual Property

  • All software, design, and content on UnDisputedPay are owned by us

  • You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of our platform

7. Data & Privacy

  • All data is processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • You grant us permission to store and process your business and service data as needed to operate the platform

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms

  • Remove or block any content or activity that violates legal or ethical standards

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages

  • Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 3 months

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time

  • Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms
